We noticed our Samsung oven was taking forever to heat up for a few weeks and then finally had our bake igniter fail completely and the oven couldn’t get to temp at all. While the repair was being tested, he noticed that the handle on my front glass storm door was broken. Rashid was a stud. Took care of the microwave on our Samsung double oven. Unsolicited product information for everyone to follow. Do yourself a favor, don't buy a Samsung anything if it isn't a TV. Fridge was unable to be fixed within a month of buying it after several attempts through Samsung. The front loader washer took a dump in 5 years, just after warranty expired. Anyhoo, Yinzer Fix and Rashid took care of the microwave. Thanks boys.

Great company. Rashid was very nice and laid out the options for buying a part vs replacing the appliance. Even showed me specific replacement options he’d recommend if we went that route. We ended up replacing the part but the manufacturer sent the wrong part so he ended up coming out three times, but didn’t charge us any more than what he’d quoted originally. We now have another appliance not working and already have them scheduled to come back (on Christmas Eve)! Highly recommend!!
