We noticed our Samsung oven was taking forever to heat up for a few weeks and then finally had our bake igniter fail completely and the oven couldn’t get to temp at all. We called YinzerFix that night around 8:30 pm and I was shocked when someone actually picked up (it was the owner). He was able to schedule an appt for us next day. He diagnosed the problem quickly, talked me through the fix and cost, and was able to repair the part same day. I thought I was going to be without my oven for weeks, but YinzerFix had it repaired in an hour. Super responsive company that stands behind their work product. While the repair was being tested, he noticed that the handle on my front glass storm door was broken. Even though it wasn’t part of the job, he took the time (using his own tools) to fully fix it for free! That kind of kindness and attention to detail is rare these days.
